A stunning open-plan workspace
ING’s new workplace in Warsaw really captures the perfect modern working environment. Open-plan, the offices mix together work zones, chill out spaces and collaboration spots – all with a unified focus on staff wellbeing.
Stationary bikes offer a unique and fun form of exercise for staff while working, and a punch bag, table football and Playstation offer recreation in the ‘Fun Zone’.
One well-achieved aim of the design was to make it feel like a home to employees, whilst combining it with ‘the mathematical beauty of the world of financial risk analysts’.
