A CAT A+ fit out for a landlord

West + Vittori were recently tasked to create a new CAT A+ project in Southwark. The aim of the design was to create a CAT A+ fitout for a landlord. A space that was bold but easily personalised that would attract tenants quickly.

This was achieved by turning the old Victorian warehouse into 2 floors of stunning fitted offices. We must say, they have done a fantastic job!

Our Haiken Webb, Mishell, Manta, and Rossi desk all appear in this project. The colourful Mishell and Manta chairs are particularly eye catching in this new layout and we love how they stand out and bring that much needed element of colour to the office.
