Our Strauven soft seating got its name from the brilliant Art Nouveau Belgian architect, Gustave Strauven, who liked to use new technologies. He created the Maison Saint- Cyr between 1901 and 1903 which emulated an extravagant baroque-flamboyant style. We feel that our Strauven emulates the extravagant and flamboyant style that Strauven was known for.
